Do you offer samples of your standardised extracts?
Yes — samples are available for qualified commercial enquiries. Submit a sample request through the contact form, including the compound or SKU, intended application, and shipping address. Sample releases are confirmed with intended-use documentation appropriate to your jurisdiction.
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
MOQs vary by product, format, and standardisation specification. Contact our commercial team with the target compound and volume range — we can confirm MOQ, lead times, and any custom-format options at the same time.
Are your extracts GMP-aligned?
Yes. Our 30,000 sq ft manufacturing facility operates under GMP-aligned procedures across primary processing, extraction, standardisation, and packaging. Every batch is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis from our in-house HPLC analytical lab, with independent ISO/IEC 17025 verification available on request.
Where do you source your botanicals from?
Direct from grower partnerships across six regions: Thailand (34 provinces across the four Royal Thai administrative regions), Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia), the Pacific Islands (Fiji, Vanuatu), Southern Africa (South Africa), West and Central Africa (Gabon, Cameroon, Republic of the Congo), and the Indian Subcontinent (India, Sri Lanka). Material is dried, graded, and quality-controlled at origin before shipment.
